What credit score do I need to qualify for financing?
Credit requirements vary by financing program and are determined by our lending partners, not by RightWay. We encourage all customers to apply — there are options designed for a range of credit profiles, and applying has no impact on your credit until you accept an offer.
Can I cancel the annual maintenance plan?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. If you cancel after receiving both tune-ups, no refund is issued. If you cancel before receiving both scheduled visits, we'll prorate a refund for the unused service.
What exactly is included in a tune-up?
A RightWay tune-up covers a full system inspection, thermostat calibration, air filter check and replacement (standard 1" filters included), evaporator and condenser coil cleaning, refrigerant level check, electrical connection tightening, and a written performance summary left with you at the end of the visit.
How is the first responder discount verified?
