Open Positions
We're actively hiring for two roles on the RightWay team. Both positions are full-time, Gulf Coast-based, and built for experienced tradespeople who take pride in doing the work right.
HVAC Technician
Install, service, and repair residential and light-commercial heating and cooling systems across the Mississippi Gulf Coast. You'll run service calls independently, interface directly with homeowners and business owners, and represent RightWay in the field every day.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of field HVAC experience
- EPA 608 certification required
- Valid Mississippi driver's license
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills across major brands
- Dependable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Day-to-Day
Morning dispatch, service routes across the Gulf Coast region, occasional install support, and direct coordination with Justin and the RightWay office team. No two days are identical — and that's the point.
Refrigeration Technician
Service, install, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems for restaurants, grocery operations, and light-commercial clients along the Gulf Coast. This role works across a variety of equipment types and requires sharp diagnostic skills and a self-starter mindset.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of commercial refrigeration experience
- EPA 608 certification required
- Experience with walk-in coolers, reach-ins, and display cases preferred
- Valid Mississippi driver's license
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
Day-to-Day
Client-facing service visits, preventive maintenance rounds, emergency repair response, and coordination with the RightWay team. You'll be the expert customers call when something critical goes down — and you'll have the support to handle it.
